Potts Consultancy Limited was formed in 1996 to provide consulting services to the NHS and to companies working with the NHS, for example consortia building new hospitals. The Managing Director is Gillian M Potts who has over 14 years consulting experience in Health, preceded by 20 years in a variety of senior positions in the NHS, and is supported by David Potts who has 30-plus years in senior management in the automotive industry, retiring in 2003 from Jaguar Cars.
Our typical projects are at the strategic or specialist advice level, and usually a few weeks or months in duration. We do a significant amount of repeat business, and value our continued relationships with our clients and our collaborating partners. |

Frequently we operate on assignments with other business partners, to offer a combination of high quality specialised skills. Sometime we are the lead company, and sometimes our partners lead. The people we work with range from technical experts in informatics to people who have worked at the most senior levels in their fields in the NHS.
Potts Consultancy itself offers a wide range of experience in health information, service planning, capital planning and computer modelling, information processing, statistical analysis, project management, and a thorough understanding of the operational and financial environment in which the NHS operates. |
